The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR effective 25th May 2018) imposes strict obligations on those who handle data.
Positive Guidance Ltd take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us. The only personal data we hold relates to the services you have requested this includes your name, service setting name, email address, contact information and information relating to invoicing. Your details will not be passed on to any other company/companies.
Positive Guidance Ltd holds a limited amount of data on participants that attend ‘Positive Behaviour Management Team Teach Training Courses’ The data predominantly amounts to the names of course participants, the date of the training and the content that was covered.
The function and purpose of Positive Guidance Ltd holding the data is:
- Evidence of the course outcomes and evaluation
- As back up to a service setting in the event that a member of staff or the service setting needs to access its training records.
N.B. (the records will be saved for 7 years after the date of the training as stipulated in the commissioning agreement letter of confirmation).
